Available now, the new Market Data Hotline has been implemented to enhance our support of CME’s Market Data Distributor community. This notice summarizes features of the hotline as follows:

• The new number is 312.634.8395.
• When you are connected to the new Market Data Hotline you will hear a menu of options that will direct you to the appropriate department within CME, based on your specific issue or need.
• All Market Data Distributors should call this new 24-hour phone line for any questions regarding the following:
  • Distributor Applications
  • Distributor Reporting
  • Payment Issues
  • E-Quotes
  • Market data or Market Data Platform issues
  • Certification and testing issues
  • Statistics information
  • Historical data inquiries
